Webinars to Discuss Sustainability Indicators in Canada, US

Presented by the Community Indicators Consortium, the first two webinars (October 27 and November 7) will examine Canada’s Vital Signs project, which measures the quality of life in Canadian communities, identifies trends, and shares opportunities for action. A third webinar on December 8 will present the results of the US Sustainable Urban Development Working Group

The City: 2nd International Conference

The second international “The City” conference will be held in the beautiful setting of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the 2010 Winter Olympics city. Our venue is Simon Fraser University’s Centre for Dialogue at the downtown campus. The first “The City” conference, held in November of 2009, was a magnificent success, including participants from over 15 countries.
