The Philadelphia Water Department, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Community Design Collaborative invite architects, landscape architects, engineers, and other professionals to team up for the Infill Philadelphia: Soak It Up! design competition. This interdisciplinary design competition promotes the creative, innovative use of green stormwater infrastructure in Philadelphia and other cities.
