The US Department of Energy is seeking U.S. technical expertise in the area of sustainable urban development for cities in China and India. Funded activities will include strategic and policy planning and analysis, design and management, energy market assessment, energy modeling, financial management, and improvement of governance in local bodies. DOE anticipates providing $750,000 total to several grantees over two years.
