Zero Emissions Transportation Plan Proposed for Oberlin

The Center for Neighborhood Technology recently released a new roadmap for the city of Oberlin to become a net-zero carbon emissions community by 2050. The report recommends 10 policy strategies, including plans for a regional transit system that makes it possible to live in Oberlin without a car.
