Billings Awarded Smart Growth Implementation Assistance
The Environmental Protection Agency has announced that the City of Billings will receive as much as $75,000 in resources for collaborative infrastructure planning, through the EPA’s Smart Growth Implementation Assistance program. The assistance will help with efforts to revitalize the community, create affordable housing and draw up transportation plans. Billings is one of five communities nationwide to receive the technical-assistance award this year.
