Metroplan, HUD’s Sustainable Communities grantee in Central Arkansas, has begun its public participation process, titled Imagine Central Arkansas. At a downtown Little Rock kickoff event, the “Faces of Central Arkansas” video was unveiled. This video will be used at all public events and the project’s website to encourage public engagement in developing the regional plan.
