Cleveland Downtown is Fastest Growing Part of City

Cleveland’s inner city is growing faster than the outer city and the county for the first time in modern history, according to a recent study by Case Western Reserve University. People between the ages of 21 and 34 make up the largest share of downtown residents. Meanwhile, anecdotal evidence suggests that Cleveland’s downtown’s growth is quickening. Apartment vacancies are scarce and building managers are starting waiting lists.
