The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency recently announced that the capitals of Kentucky, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, and Indiana will be awarded design assistance from the Greening America’s Capitals program. The assistance will help these capital cities enhance walkability, add bike lanes, incorporate green infrastructure elements, and revitalize public plazas.
