Planned Unit Developments Examined in Pacific Northwest
Planned Unit Developments (PUDs) are the subject of an article in the November 2012 issue of Planning Advisor, published by the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington. A PUD allows greater flexibility in the configuration and uses of buildings than is allowed in standard zoning ordinances. The article takes a look at PUD ordinances in Washington, and how they are working in the real world.
