Affordable Housing Project in Philadelphia Targets Teachers

Philadelphia is moving ahead to convert a 19th-century brick mill into an apartment complex, and will market the affordable housing units to lower income workers. The old mill project promises to be a model for maintaining pockets of affordability in Philadelphia’s increasingly affluent core.
