This new online resource helps local jurisdictions determine what types of actions and programs they can implement to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions from transportation activities. Developed by the Oregon Department of Transportation, the toolkit provides information on transportation programs, modeling and analysis tools, case studies, and communications strategies.
