The US Department of Energy has updated two popular publications. A Guide to Community Solar shows how people can participate in a collective PV system with the “one system, many people” approach. Its sister publication, The Solarize Guidebook, offers advice for getting a volume discount by making group purchases of rooftop solar through a coordinated neighborhood program using the “many systems, many people” approach.
