The Smart Growth Network issued a call for papers in 2012 to start a national conversation on what we want our communities to look like in 25 years, and what development issues will be faced. The Network received 95 papers in response. Twenty of the papers were selected for publication in this compendium, which was released at the New Partners for Smart Growth Conference in Kansas City, Missouri.
