Reset: Assessing Future Housing Markets in the Northern Rockies
This new report from the Sonoran Institute looks at the future housing market of the American West, focusing on market trends in six communities in Montana, Idaho and Colorado. The report concludes that compact, walkable communities are in demand and can thrive. “More and more people want convenience, they want to walk, and they want neighborhoods with character,” says Clark Anderson, Director of the Institute’s Western Colorado Program.
