Enterprise Community Loan Fund

A variety of short-term loan products are available through the Enterprise Community Loan Fund -- a certified Community Development Financial Institution -- for predevelopment, acquisition, working capital and other financing needs.

One of the largest nonprofit loan funds in the country, the Enterprise Community Loan Fund has loaned more than $725 million in low-income communities and has helped build or renovate 91,000 affordable homes nationwide.

Enterprise offers a number of flexible, innovative loan products to support the work of developers and nonprofit organizations, including:

• Unsecured early predevelopment loans
• Secured predevelopment loans
• Property acquisition loans
• Construction loans
• Working capital and acquisition lines of credit
• Community facilities loans
